If the buyers vet finds a LIFE THREATENING INCURABLE CONGENTICAL HEALTH PROBLEM (EXCLUDING COMMON PUPPY ISSUES SUCH AS HYPOGLYCEMIA, COCCIDIOSIS, MANGE, GIARDIA , OR WORMS) the seller must be informed within 1 week of taking possession of said puppy.
 A written report from the examining vet and diagnosis must be obtained and provided to the seller. The seller's vet shall be allowed to examine the puppy, Provided that the seller and the buyer's vet agree that there is in fact a LIFE THREATENING INCURABLE CONGENTIAL DEFECT WHICH EXISTED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, buyer WILL HAVE THE OPTION Of Returning the puppy for a replacement (same sex and coat color).  if a puppy is picked that is not same sex or coat color, an additional charge may be required as merles are priced different than tris. blue eyed tris are priced higher than non blue eyed tris.
